Carolina Grad Learning From Olympic Broadcast Experience

As five Tar Heel field hockey alums helped the U.S. Olympic team to a quarterfinals spot in Rio, another of the program’s graduates has helped bring field hockey action to those who can’t be there in person. Casey Di Nardo, a May graduate with a degree in journalism, is working for NBC Sports as the statistician on each of the network’s field hockey broadcasts.
