One of the biggest preseason publications, Blue Ribbon Magazine, released its five-member All-America team this week. Only one ACC player, Duke’s Grayson Allen made the cut, which wasn’t a major surprise. But it still semi-prompts the question: Is North Carolina’s Joel Berry II massively underrated?
