By the time Usain Bolt carried a baton across the finish line first on the anchor leg of the 4x100-meter relay Friday at the Olympic Stadium, Michael Phelps had already been back home in Arizona for a few days, Instagramming photos of Boomer and Nicole in a pool without lane lines. Yet the two men remain connected.
