Pack transfer QB gets extra year of eligibility from NCAA
Posted Aug 23, 2016
NC State's first depth chart of 2016 did not shed light on who the Wolfpack will start at quarterback Sept. 1, but it showed graduate transfer quarterback Ryan Finley has three years of eligibility remaining. This is the first time that the Boise State transfer has been listed as a redshirt sophomore, not junior. Boise State made the request for the extra year of eligibility on Finley's behalf.
