2017 center Jericho Sims commits to Texas

Four-star center Jericho Sims committed to Texas Monday evening, he tells Scout. The pledge to the Longhorns comes just a day after returning home from his official visit to Texas, which was his first and what will now be his only official visit. Sims, a 6-foot-9, 225-pounder out of Minneapolis (Minn.) Cristo Ray Jesuit, ranks as the No. 48 overall recruit in the 2017 class.
