Quinshad Davis Released by Detroit Lions

The Detroit Lions announced 10 cuts, bringing their roster down to 78 players. The team waived wide receiver Quinshad Davis, kicker Devon Bell, guard Chase Farris, cornerback Rashaad Reynolds and defensive ends Deonte Gibson, Louis Palmer, and Quanterus Smith. Davis played some with the second-team offense in recent weeks.
