UNC Volleyball Captures 1,000th Victory In Home Opener

No. 12 UNC continued its perfect season on Saturday, winning its fifth straight to open the year and first in Carmichael Arena with a 3-0 sweep of TCU. The victory over the Horned Frogs (4-1) marked the 1,000th win all time for the Tar Heels, doing so in straight sets: 25-23, 25-20, 25-18. “This was a really good match,” said head coach Joe Sagula.
