North Carolina could use better balance with its offense, coach Larry Fedora said. “We put too much on the quarterback (when forced to pass),” he said. The Tar Heels go into Saturday night's game at Illinois seeking to tune up the expected high-powered offense that stalled too often in last week’s season-opening loss to Georgia.
