Quentin Thomas sits with foot pain
Posted Nov 25, 2006
North Carolina junior point guard Quentin Thomas, who missed three games last season because of a stress fracture in his left foot, sat out Friday's game against Tennessee because of soreness in the same foot. "It was starting to feel the same way, so I just wanted to be on the safe side," said Thomas, who totaled two points and three assists in UNC's first four games. "We'll take X-rays when I get back."
