Trubisky, Finley combine for 16 TDs with no INTs

Two of the nation's most efficient quarterbacks play in the same conference for schools less than an hour apart in the same state. North Carolina's Mitch Trubisky and NC State's Ryan Finley have combined to throw 16 touchdown passes with no interceptions, and their completion rate is 75 percent (163 of 217). Trubisky has been especially sharp.
