The statue outside the United Center now honors the best player on the Washington Wizards. Michael Jordan, immortalized in Chicago for the basketball talent that took the Bulls to six NBA championships between 1991 and 1998, issued his long-awaited statement Tuesday that he intends to resume his NBA playing career, this time as a member of the lowly Wizards.
