College basketball's top 20 breakout players for the 2016-17 season

North Carolina's Isaiah Hicks will be required to be a breakout player, essentially. The Tar Heels lose Marcus Paige and Brice Johnson, the latter of which was valued as the most important all-around player in college basketball last year, according to KenPom.com. Hicks, now a senior, should bring in at least 12 points and eight boards per game.
