Despite the influx of youth, depth and much- heralded talent, one reality resurfaced for North Carolina on Wednesday night: When Tyler Hansbrough struggles, so do the Tar Heels. Leading by 12 points early, second-ranked UNC lost its first game of the season, 82-74 to Gonzaga in the semifinals of the NIT Season Tip-Off, because it fell behind without the points of its 6-foot-9 staple and could never quite catch back up.
