"Coming to Carolina, there’d been enough years where they struggled and the team had been down since the last two or three seasons that Mack Brown was there, when they were as physically gifted as any team in the country. They had great players, Brian Simmons and Julius Peppers. It’s conceivable that we can get back to that, we’ve just got to do a good job recruiting and it’s going to take a couple of years to do."
