QBs in Virginia Tech-UNC showdown have big numbers, but not big reputations


The ACC had the eyes of the nation on it last week, when its prime-time quarterback main event between Clemson’s Deshaun Watson and Louisville’s Lamar Jackson lived up to the hype. This week’s matchup between Virginia Tech’s Jerod Evans and North Carolina’s isn’t a bad undercard. Saturday’s game might clear up who is off to the better start. (Roanoke Times)
