Hokies blow through Tar Heels

While No. 17 North Carolina seemed out of kilter throughout Saturday’s game, what might have been most puzzling to the Tar Heels was how Virginia Tech dealt with the dicey conditions presented by Hurricane Matthew. By the end, it was like Hurricane Hokies had blown through, delivering the Tar Heels a 34-3 ACC defeat at Kenan Stadium.
