Roy Williams feeling, moving better after surgery

Seven practices into the preseason, Roy Williams hasn’t been troubled by the same pain and discomfort that plagued him during much of last season. UNC's men’s basketball coach is 4½ months removed from knee replacement surgery and said Tuesday that he’s playing golf again, going on walks of 2½ miles and feeling better in general .
