While I have faith that my Hodgkin Lymphoma will prove temporary and curable, I have resigned myself to the reality that I will be afflicted with Azuremia for the rest of my life. Azuremia (“azure”?—?blue, “-emia”?—?denoting that a substance is present in the blood) exists worldwide, but is densely concentrated in North Carolina, with a nidus in Chapel Hill. (Medium)
