Sweet sendoff for Bunting

They couldn’t save his job, but the North Carolina Tar Heels gave head coach John Bunting the perfect parting gift Saturday at Kenan Stadium. The Tar Heels intercepted three passes — one more than their entire season total — and didn’t allow a touchdown in rolling over archrival N.C. State 23-9 in Bunting’s final home game as head coach.
