NBA scouts dish on Mavs: Harrison Barnes is solid but could underwhelm

NBA scouts expect the Mavericks' $94 million man Harrison Barnes to serve as an improvement for the departed Chandler Parsons if only because of the injuries Parsons dealt with. But the scouts had a word of caution about Barnesl. "I'm sure he'll put up better numbers than he did in Golden State from a pure points-per-game perspective," one scout said.
