Tar Heels enter much-needed bye week at No. 21

For a banged up football team, UNC's bye week could not have come at a better time. "I would have liked it two or three weeks ago," Larry Fedora told reporters on Saturday. "We need it.We need to get some guys recovered and fresh. We are a beat up football team." With a bye this Saturday, Fedora detailed the plan for practice this week. (Carolina Blue)
