Reggie Bullock to become restricted free agent

As expected, the Detroit Pistons were unable to reach agreement on contract extensions with Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Reggie Bullock. Both players could seek offer sheets from other teams next summer, and the Pistons would have the right to match. Or deals could be quickly negotiated to remain with the Pistons.
