ACC rivals should worry about Davis
Posted Nov 16, 2006
If I'm, oh, say, Al Groh or Chuck Amato and I'm sweating just to gain traction in this pebbly mess called ACC football, I heard the news on Monday, and five words sprang to mind: My job just got tougher. Butch Davis might not perform magic at North Carolina. He might not wake up the echoes of Choo Choo Justice, might not pack Kenan Stadium, might not make the Tar Heels a playuh on the national scene.
