Duke probably can’t beat North Carolina at its best. But will the Tar Heels be at their best? They just put the wraps on possibly the most complete win in Larry Fedora’s years in Chapel Hill, pounding Georgia Tech 48-20. UNC played near perfect offense, getting a tremendous rushing performance from Elijah Hood, plus pinpoint passing from Mitch Trubisky.
