Gary Trent, Jr. Commits to Duke

Duke landed the first of what they hope is a handful of five-star prospects Thursday when shooting guard Gary Trent Jr. selected the Blue Devils. After spending his first three high school seasons in the same Apple Valley (Minn.) High program that produced former point guard Tyus Jones, Trent has moved on to Napa (Calif.) Prolific Prep for his senior season and made his announcement official on ESPN.
