17. North Carolina: Roy Williams and his staff have added some perimeter firepower to this 2017 class. Leading the way is five-star prospect Jalek Felton, the nephew of former Tar Heel standout Raymond Felton. The 6-foot-4 guard is oozing with talent and athleticism. UNC's second pledge is from Andrew Platek, who is one of the best catch and shoot guys in the class.
