33.North Carolina: The nephew of former UNC point guard Raymond Felton, Jalek Felton oozes natural ability. He is a natural scorer off the dribble who will likely play both the one and the two in college. In Andrew Platek, the Tar Heels hope they’ve found a guy who can help soften defenses with his shooting. In Brandon Huffman and Sterling Manley, the Heels have landed a pair of developmental big men.
