Focused Tar Heels lock down Chattanooga in home opener

Chattanooga had UNC’s attention immediately after the Tar Heels’ season-opening victory at Tulane. Coach Roy Williams made sure the Tar Heels knew Chattanooga had beaten Tennessee and that the Mocs featured five returning starters from an NCAA Tournament team. The well-versed Tar Heels paid attention, the result coming in the reward of a 97-57 victory. (Burlington Times News)
