Canada native and Montverde (Fla.) Academy standout R.J. Barrett held onto the top spot and it wasn’t really a conversation, as he impressed over the summer at the World Championships and with UPlay in AAU. Following Barrett is Texas native Charles Bassey. With Bassey, a 6-foot-10, 220-pound post player, it’s his physical characteristics that immediately catch your eye. (Scout.com)
