Wendell Carter will announce college decision Nov. 23

The suspense over Pace Academy five-star recruit Wendell Carter’s decision about his college plans will extend a week. Carter, who has Duke, Georgia, Georgia Tech and Georgia as his four finalists, will not make his decision known until Nov. 23, according to his parents. Carter, a power forward rated the No. 2 recruit in the country by ESPN, is “still wavering a little bit."
