Edwards refuses to give in to pain

Once moment, North Carolina coach John Bunting was told that linebacker Larry Edwards wouldn't return to Saturday's game because of a sprained left ankle. The next, he glanced up to see the senior back on the field. Considering Edwards returned from a cracked collarbone two weeks early to play Saturday, the player wasn't going to little a little ankle pain keep him from finishing the game against No. 19 Georgia Tech.
