Posted Nov 17, 2016
Illinois didn't let this one get away. After a week of uncertainty, five-star recruit Jeremiah Tilmon announced at a ceremony on Thursday he had signed a letter of intent to play for the Illini. Tilmon had told scout.com that he did not intend to sign a letter of intent with the Illini during the early signing period. Something changed. He secretly submitted the letter to the Illini on Wednesday night.
