Todd McShay has taken Mitch Trubisky out of his top 32, but draft expert Dane Brugler of NFLDraftScout.com said Trubisky would be a top-10 pick if he declares and has him going third overall in his mock draft to Chicago. Brugler has Trubisky ranked fourth overall among draftable players. If Trubisky truly is a top-10 pick, he'd be wise to declare.
