Vanderbilt head coach Derek Mason danced on the sidelines while beating Tennessee

Early in the year, Vanderbilt’s Derek Mason was near the top of the heap of coaches we all assumed would probably be fired. At the halfway point of the season, Vandy was 2-4 with hapless-looking losses to Florida, Kentucky, Georgia Tech, and South Carolina. But they rebounded and finished the season 6-6, beating Tennessee in the season finale, 45-34. (SB Nation)
