Jonathan Cooper hopes injuries and disappointment are behind him

When Jonathan Cooper tore the plantar fascia in his foot on the first day of training camp with the New England Patriots, he tried to fight off the discouragement. Poorly timed injuries have dogged his NFL career ever since Cooper, the seventh overall pick of the Arizona Cardinals in 2013, broke his leg during his third preseason game.
