An under-appreciated part of President Obama's final Medal of Freedom ceremony was how amped he was to stand next to Michael Jordan. Yeah, he's impressed with Bill Gates and Tom Hanks—he chose them to be there, after all—but when it's Jordan's turn to sidle up to the leader of the free world, Obama is giddy with excitement.
