Nicks quickly becoming a gamebreaker

At the beginning of the season North Carolina coach John Bunting was asked which true freshman he thought would make the biggest impact this year. The answer? Hakeem Nicks. And Saturday, on national television and in front of 80,795 at Notre Dame Stadium, everyone saw what Bunting had predicted. Nicks caught six passes for 171 yards and two touchdowns breaking the single-game record for receiving yards by a UNC freshman.
