North Carolina coach Roy Williams said he was unsure of how he would handle his guard rotation without junior Joel Berry, who sprained his left ankle in Sunday’s win against Radford. But there was no doubt that Wednesday night’s meeting with Davidson will begin a stretch in which the contributions of freshman guard Seventh Woods will loom large.
