Tar Heels Welcome Vols Sunday

North Carolina hosts Tennessee on Sunday, December 11 at 5 p.m. The Tar Heels are 8-1 against the Volunteers, although the schools from neighboring states have only played three times in the last 69 years. Roy Williams is 2-0 against Tennessee. Both games were as UNC’s head coach. UNC never played Tennessee during Dean Smith’s 36-year tenure. (GoHeels.com)
