A top 2019 target for North Carolina Wendell Moore scored 29 points in a win Tuesday in front of Roy Williams. Moore, a 6-5 wing from Concord (N.C.) Cox Mill High School, is an athletic and versatile perimeter player. He impressed this fall at the USA Junior Workout with his improved playmaking ability off the dribble. Moore is ranked No. 103 in the 247Sports Composite.
