The Dec. 30 Sun Bowl between UNC and Stanford may not be the hottest ticket for fans, but there will be no shortage of interest by NFL scouts. In fact, Tar Heel quarterback Mitch Trubisky and Cardinal running back Christian McCaffrey will be two of the most closely-watched players of the entire postseason.
