North Carolina: Yesterday, I introduced something called Club Roy—the group of eight teams that have, since the inception of advanced stats in 2001–02, finished in the top 20 in tempo and the top five in offensive efficiency. It’s Club Roy because five of the eight were coached by Roy Williams. For this season and last season, however, UNC has slowed down. (Sports Illustrated)
