The North Carolina Tar Heels are less than two weeks from their bowl game against Stanford in El Paso, Texas, but one even bigger question still remains. Will Mitch Trubisky declare for the NFL draft? Trubisky has been evaluated as a potential top-10 pick by many mock drafts, but he also has the ability to come back to UNC for another season.
