UNC was recently given a third Notice of Allegations by the NCAA, which outlined violations from the ongoing academic fraud scandal at the University. Two UNC commits from the Middle Tennessee area, Dickson County's Caleb Rozar and Kenwood's Antwuan Branch, have stated they're staying with the Tar Heels despite the recent news. “I'm fully committed,” said Rozar.
