UNC's McGill asks for heavier workload


approached the North Carolina coaching staff earlier this week with a suggestion about his role in Saturday's game at Notre Dame and for the rest of the season. "I told (Coach ) that if he gives me 35 carries I'll do more than I did last week," said McGill, a senior tailback. "I'm prepared for it, if that's what they plan on doing.
