Cleveland Browns waive offensive lineman Jonathan Cooper

The Cleveland Browns have waived former first round pick Jonathan Cooper, the team announced Tuesday. Cooper was waived to make room for offensive lineman Alvin Bailey, who has been suspended the last two games. Cooper, drafted seventh overall by Arizona in 2013, was claimed by the Browns following their loss to New England earlier this season.
