Michael Carter, the Navarre running back who led the state with 45 touchdowns and 3,345 all-purpose yards, is the USA Today Florida Offensive Player of the Year. Just weeks after the 5-foot-10, 193-pound playmaker was named the Class 6A Florida Player of the Year, the UNC commit was named top dog for USA Today's 2016 American Family Insurance ALL-USA Florida Football Team.
