Joel Berry wouldn’t let North Carolina’s ACC title hopes fade away. Not this early. Not without a single win on the board. With an 0-2 conference record looming in the rafters of Littlejohn Colliseum as the Tar Heels trailed Clemson early in the second half Tuesday night, Berry did what so many Carolina fans had been waiting for him to do: He took over.
