Butch Davis wasted little time answering the question. “Jimmy Johnson, without question,” he said. “I learned a lot about personnel from him.” Davis and Johnson’s relationship began nearly 30 years ago when Davis served as an assistant under Johnson at Oklahoma State. Davis followed Johnson to Miami and eventually to the Dallas Cowboys before Johnson retired from the team in 1993. (Fayetteville Observer)
