North Carolina running back Elijah Hood announced on Dec. 22 that he will return to Chapel Hill for his senior season in 2017. According to a report by CBS Sports, that decision might not be final: "Word out of Chapel Hill is RB Elijah Hood is having second thoughts and is now leaning towards entering the NFL Draft.
